What is interpersonal skills?
Interpersonal skills are the life skills we use every day to communicate and interact with other people, both in groups and individually Interpersonal skills by six aspects: 
  1.Interpersonal ability to feel. Refers to the feelings of others, motivation, needs, thoughts and other awareness activities and psychological state of mind, as well as the extent of their words and actions affect others, the ability to feel.
  2. Interpersonnel memory. Memory is the ability of the individual characteristics of object interaction, and interaction scenarios, communication content. 
  3.Interpersonal understanding. That understanding thoughts, feelings and behavior capabilities of others.
  4.Interpersonal imagination. Thinking from the other side's position, situation, position, evaluate the ability of the other acts.  
  5.Grace and expressiveness. This is the outward manifestation of interpersonal communication. Refers to human communication behavior, pies, conversation, manners, and sincere, friendly, contagious emotional expression.
  6.Cooperation and coordination ability. This is a comprehensive performance interpersonal skills is a necessary capability of enterprises teamwork.
 Interpersonal skills teach us how to run good your relationships.Interpersonal needs sincere.
